Lewayne M. Erickson has made presentations at State Bar of South Dakota Continuing Legal Education and other seminars on estate planning, wills, trusts, taxation, powers of attorney, the Uniform Probate Code and administration of estates and trusts.  He has also been active in the SD State Bar Section on Probate, Trust and Real Property having served as a Director and Chair of the Section as well as on various committees.
